Let’s talk about the team and you: Operates and monitors equipment/process relevant to LSR moulding by following the methods and sequence of operations as defined by verbal instructions, Visual Aids, Quality Forms and/or Routers.
Let’s talk about Responsibilities:
Performs to individual goals established during MyDay meetings. Operate and monitor production equipment/process – relevant to LSR
Assures product meets or exceeds company and customer expectations of quality and workmanship.
Accurately reports production data
Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Molding machine operation or other machine operation is mandatory
Minimum one to two years related experience and or training desired.
Equivalent combination of experience and/or education may be considered

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high.
Must be flexible to work overtime as needed.
Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 25lbs.
Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
Performs work of a highly repetitive nature.
Ability to log in and out of ERP system. Ability to input accurate data.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and walk.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will lift and carry up to 10lbs, bend, kneel, climb, push, pull, stooping while handling and assembling items.
