Inside Sales Representative – ReSupply

The Sleep team is helping to fuel ResMed’s growth by focusing on solutions (products + software + services) to improve the quality of life for patients with sleep-disordered breathing and help providers improve efficiencies and reduce their costs. Let’s talk about the team and you:

The ReSupply Inside Sales role is responsible
for selling ResMed’s homegrown outreach software platform that manages the
supply cycle and eligibility for our core sleep customers patient base. In this role, you will also advise customers on products and market insights around their needs and
requirements. You will use your knowledge of our products to inform the customer about quality of products and equipment and demonstrate proper use and answer customer questions concerning price while developing consultative relationships. You’ll work closely with the field
sales team to develop targeted sales calls and lead generation activities.

Let’s talk about Responsibilities:

  • Manage the lead
    pipeline/new prospects in partnership with field counterparts in assigned
    territory
  • Meet/exceed quarterly
    and annual sales objectives and quotas
  • Maintain strong working
    relationships with outside sales team
  • Provide feedback to
    development via standard channels to insure product feature competitiveness
  • Develop territory to attain revenue goals by:
    • Making outgoing calls within territory per provided lists
    • Navigating accounts to establish contact with key players
    • Cultivating relationships with channel partners and cross-functional team members.
    • Lead generation follow-up and classification
    • Developing pricing and sales analysis for customer negotiations
  • Streamline the sales process with customers
    by lead mining, use of direct marketing tools, positioning new products and
    initiatives, and by providing service and timely response to customers and
    sales rep support needs
  • Conducts product demonstrations and
    in-services via phone &/or video conferencing.
  • Attend trade shows when required to meet with
    customer sales prospects
  • Fulfill a wide range of
    requests for information from prospective customers, qualify level of
    opportunity and appropriate resources required
  • Maintain current
    activity and accurate forecast information in partnership with cross functional
    team members
  • Create opportunities to
    up-sell and cross-sell existing accounts

Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and two (2) years of
    related successful Business to Business sales experience, or equivalent
    combination of education and experience. 
  • SaaS sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Must possess excellent telephone etiquette, communication and organizational
    skills and have a strong consultative approach with a demonstrated ability to
    develop successful business partner relationships at all levels of an
    organization
  • Applicants should have exceptional verbal and written skills as well as a
    proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Position requires good account management skills, specifically the ability to
    coordinate multiple activities for numerous accounts.
  • Strong business and technical
    acumen
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or another CRM system
