For Natasha Zotti, working at Resmed has always felt like home. Growing up, she spent school holidays in the office with her dad, a long-time Resmed engineer. “Resmed’s pretty much been in my bones since I was a kid,” says Natasha.
She even completed a high school work experience placement at Resmed. While studying for her business administration degree, Natasha kept asking her dad, “Are there any jobs going at Resmed?” That persistence paid off. Years later, she landed a contract role at the Bella Vista campus, kicking off a career built on initiative, passion and impact.
From admin support to data wizardry
Three years ago, Natasha joined Resmed as a production admin officer in the molding facility. The role was broad, but Natasha quickly found ways to shape it around her strengths, pushing to find digital solutions to modernise processes. Her drive to make things better didn’t go unnoticed.
When her two-year contract came to an end, Resmed offered her a role that aligned with her growing digital skill set. Now a manufacturing data analyst, Natasha designs dashboards and tools to help global teams make faster, better decisions, improve visibility and performance.

Now, Natasha is setting her sights on leadership. With support from internal coaching and leaders who believe in her, she’s working out what kind of leader she wants to be. “I don’t want to just be skilled in one area,” she says. “I want to empower others to make a difference, too.”

Natasha has formed strong friendships with colleagues. From game nights to puppy play dates and walks, Natasha’s team connections extend well beyond the office.

So, what kind of person thrives at Resmed? Natasha says it’s someone who’s naturally curious and eager to challenge how things are done. “If you’re just here to clock in and out with your head down, this probably isn’t the place for you,” she says.
“We encourage people to ask questions. We want to ask why. So, we need people to be curious and willing to challenge the status quo, to challenge the way we do things, as it’s how we innovate.”
