“I’ve worked in other medical device companies, but Resmed is the first where I’ve met people who actually use the products I help make,” says Chin Eng, a previous manufacturing engineer in the molding department and now, a project manager. “When people find out I work at Resmed, they want to tell me about their CPAP experience or how it helped their partner or parent. They’re proud to say, ‘I’m using it. It’s improving my life.’”

For example, when we encounter a production and/or quality issue, the whole team will brainstorm solutions together until we find one,” says Chin Eng. “You’re never left to face a challenge alone. We never shut off ideas. Everyone is encouraged to bring something to the table. We grow together to be great.”
