Meet Lukas Willsie, Intern, DHT – Software Development

Tell us about your experience as an intern at ResMed?

Being an intern at ResMed has been great! Even though my whole term has been and will continue to be remote, I’ve been fully supported and welcomed in to the ResMed family. On top of that, I’ve been given real work to do, and my current project is wholly my own. It’s been awesome!

What makes ResMed special to you?

I’ve gotten a real sense, from my boss to my boss’ boss on upwards, that ResMed cares about its employees and their wellbeing, both within the workplace and without. I’m early on in my career, but I know that that’s special.

Do you have any advice to fellow intern seeking to find a role?

Don’t be afraid to show your personality and maybe even nerd out in an interview, because it worked for me!
