ResMed as a global company immediately appealed to me. Engaging and collaborating with individuals from diverse backgrounds is an incredible chance for personal growth and broadening perspectives. It didn’t take long for me to recognize the strong support network within the company, creating a secure and nurturing work environment. Opting for ResMed for my apprenticeship was a deliberate choice because I sensed immense learning opportunities within such a dynamic setting. I believed it would offer me a platform to not only learn but also to be heard and surrounded by supportive colleagues.

I have experienced a genuine sense of belonging within ResMed.
