Graduate Engineer, Sleep & Respiratory Case – Devices Delivery

Tell us about your experience as a Graduate at ResMed.
I thoroughly enjoy working at ResMed. Learning how a world leading biomedical company operates and working alongside experts in their respective fields has been invaluable for my professional development.

What makes ResMed special to you?
What makes ResMed special is definitely the people. There are so many talented and kind people who are all passionate about improving the livelihoods of others. It inspires you to come to work every day and make a difference.

Do you have any advice to fellow graduates or interns seeking to find a role?
My biggest tip would be to take on as many extra-curricular activities as possible. You not only develop your technical skills, but you grow as a person. ResMed highly values people with real world experiences and people who can work constructively in team environments.

What is the best thing about being a Graduate at ResMed?
The best thing about the graduate rotation program is the opportunity to move between multiple parts of the business. There is always something to learn from every team and every person. This breadth of experiences gives you a more holistic understanding of the company and allows you to better gauge which role will best suit your skills and interests for your future career.
