Tell us about your experience as a graduate at ResMed?

I’ve really enjoy my time at ResMed on the graduate rotation program. The opportunities I was given and the experience I have received have been so valuable to my growth and my career progression.

What makes ResMed special to you?

It sounds cliché but it is the people that I get to work with. ResMed has a great culture — you immediately feel welcome. On the rotation program we move teams every 6 months and I never had an issue fitting into a new team and learning the ropes of the new role.

Do you have any advice to fellow graduates seeking to find a role?

ResMed is big on its culture, they value culture add as much as they value technical knowledge. It’s about having the right mind set to learn on the job and your willingness to work closely with others. A “we are stronger together” mindset.

The best thing about being a Graduate at ResMed is

The opportunity to work in roles you otherwise wouldn’t get the chance to. As an Industrial Designer, I had the opportunity to work in teams within Marketing and Manufacturing. I was able to experience working within the Mechanical Engineering and Product Design teams as well which is a rare opportunity to get such broad experience in one company over a 2-year period.
