Tell us about your experience as Graduate at ResMed.
As part of the team as a Machine Learning Engineer, I’ve really enjoyed soaking up new knowledge every day and getting hands-on with various tools. Working on different projects and tackling tough tasks has been a great way for me to grow within the company.
What makes ResMed special to you? Why did you join the graduate program?
The work we do really means a lot to me. Knowing that we’re helping millions of people worldwide get a good night’s sleep feels pretty special. It’s that warm feeling inside that helps me sleep peacefully. I joined the company because I wanted to dive into the world of software products in the medical field and see how they’re using advanced technology to revolutionize healthcare.
What advice will you give to someone who is seeking to find graduate program at ResMed?
It’s all about knowing who you are, staying true to yourself, and having confidence. If you’re on the lookout for a place where you can learn, adapt, and really level up, then this company is the spot for you. Make sure you’re staying updated not just on the tech stuff, but also on what’s happening in the industry and grab those chances for professional development. Being social and working well with different teams and folks is where the magic happens, so don’t forget to collaborate!
The best thing about being a Graduate at ResMed is….
It lets you be yourself. The vibe here really pushes me to succeed, and I’ve been able to use my skills to the max alongside a fantastic team. It’s been a place where I’ve discovered new things about myself, learned a ton, and had a blast doing it.
What is your sleep superpower?
It all began when I was pursuing my graduate degree, my sleep schedule started to get worse every day. I felt exhausted with lot of stress when I woke up. I was unable to focus on my regular tasks. That was the day I made the decision to drastically alter my way of life. The day I gave much more importance to sleep. That’s where I unlocked my “ Sleep Superpower “, I woke up refreshed with a peaceful mind. Able to focus on my studies with a lot more confidence. And I was more successful in social interactions with a joyful and active mind. Having a good night sleep every day, made me energetic and I felt myself being upgraded.
